This love for aircraft and the desire to understand them drove me to acquire my degree. While I have never used the degree to actually design aircraft professionally, I still study and appreciate the knowledge I learned in pursuit of my degree. My hope is to some day actually get my pilot’s license so that I can fly some of these magnificent machine and ‘Slip the surly bonds of Earth, and touch the face of God.’”
