One of the unit airplanes that Roy Test really enjoyed
flying in was the PT-22. Now this airplane is something really special to
the Inland Empire Wing. She has been rebuilt a couple times and has a
significant history with two of our members, Terry Freedman and Doug
Schuster. And she is an award winning airplane at Airsho.
We are needing a new engine for her. There is a pristine Kinner R56
engine available for about half normal price, but we have to act fast so
as to not let this get away from us.
